The component hopper of the pick and place machine offers space for several hundred small parts and is easy to fill. Automatic filling is available as an option and enables uninterrupted operation. Our robot picking system ensures that components are picked up and deposited quickly and precisely. The component positions are recorded with the aid of an integrated camera, which enables precise handling. The components are deposited with a high degree of accuracy. The system has a PN/PN coupler interface. In addition, component data can be transmitted to a higher-level system via TCP/IP to ensure seamless integration into your production environment.
