The component hopper of the loading system provides space for several hundred small parts and can be easily filled. An automatic filling option is available and enables uninterrupted operation. The parts are transported gently to prevent any potential damage. This makes the hopper suitable even for sensitive components and ensures a continuous, trouble-free production process. The hopper can also be loaded with different types of components.

The HMI panel provides the operator with full control over the entire system process and an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. Statistics, warnings, and faults are clearly displayed, ensuring that the system status is always transparent. Multiple operating profiles can be created and saved. When the system starts, the desired profile is activated, and the drives receive their target values from this profile.
In this way, the HMI panel offers flexibility and control for efficient and safe production processes.
